BEERTENDER
We’re looking for an outgoing, dependable, and team-oriented Beertender who enjoys working with people and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Our Beertenders are more than just bartenders—they are an important part of the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, conversational, attentive, and willing to jump in wherever needed to help the team.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must have or obtain Maryland Alcohol Awareness Certification.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and a great conversationalist.
- Team-oriented with a willingness to help coworkers.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to multitask while remaining attentive to guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Serve beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages responsibly.
- Learn our beer offerings and confidently answer guest questions.
- Check identification and follow all Maryland alcohol service requirements.
- Accurately enter orders and process payments.
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar.
- Monitor guests and practice responsible alcohol service.
- Communicate and work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Assist with cleaning, stocking, and other duties as needed.
- Help create a fun, positive, and welcoming environment for both guests and coworkers.
