Job Title: Sandwich Shop & Ice Cream Parlor Manager

Position Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on, energetic Manager to lead daily operations at our busy sandwich shop and ice cream parlor. This is a working manager role where you will spend time on the sandwich line while leading a small team to deliver fast, friendly service and exceptional product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work the sandwich line, preparing high-quality sandwiches.
- Oversee and coach a team of employees, including training and performance management.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Manage daily operations including opening/closing procedures, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Oversee inventory control, ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste.
- Drive sales and uphold high standards for food quality, presentation, and service speed.
Requirements:
- Previous management or supervisory experience in food service (sandwich or fast-casual experience preferred).
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, upbeat attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain).
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate plus Tips.
